Il nuovo strumento rende la Repubblica Dominicana una delle prime destinazioni dei Caraibi ad offrire questa funzionalità digitale per utenti con disabilità. Il dispositivo consente a tutti coloro che hanno limitate capacità visive, cognitive e di mobilità di sfruttare appieno il sito, con strumenti intuitivi che migliorano l'accessibilità e la navigabilità. Gli utenti possono aprire l'applicazione facendo clic sull'icona situata nell'angolo inferiore sinistro dello schermo o premendo CTRL+U sulla tastiera di un computer con sistema operativo Windows o Mac. Il programma è disponibile in sette lingue diverse.
